Subscribers who are eligible to subscribe to the SoLow Elite service will receive the ability to guess up to 20 times per game per day on all SoLow Games, including premium games, at no extra charge for a price of $9.99/month. Standard carrier charges for SMS, MMS, WAP, GPRS, PIX, Email and other charges, including third party charges, may apply depending on your cell phone plan. All charges will be billed on your cell phone bill or deducted from your prepaid balance.
By submitting your phone number and responding OK to the subscription authorization SMS which is sent to the mobile phone number you supply above, you acknowledge that you are subscribing to the SoLow Elite service and agree to be billed the monthly cost for the service. You expressly agree to any carrier charges related to sending or receiving SMS communications to or from SoLow. You further represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of primary residence and have read and agree to be bound by SoLow's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and the Game Official Rules which include disclaimers of warranties, limitation of liabilities, and an agreement to arbitrate all claims.
All SoLow services require an Internet-enabled mobile device which supports SMS. Most of the current phones being manufactured by Motorola, Nokia, LG, Samsung, Panasonic and Sony Ericsson are compatible with the SoLow services.
