If I'm the first to guess “1”, do I win?
Ahh, if it were only that easy. It is almost certain that someone else will guess “1” and your number will no longer be unique. There's always hope, but I would guess more numbers if I were you ;)
At the end of the game, if you have the lowest number and no one else has guessed the same number, you win!
How many times can I guess?
Everyone who plays SoLow can guess up to 20 times/day per game.
By playing every day on several games, you increase your chances to win a prize by guessing as many unique numbers as possible, and matching someone else’s unique numbers, thereby stopping them from winning!

Can I manage text messages from SoLow?
Love playing SoLow but need some down time every now and then? We have good news!
Every SoLow user has the ability to manage the text messages they receive and the times at which SoLow sends those messages.
To do this, go to My SoLow and log in. Click on the messaging tab to set your preferences.
Remember to save your changes when you are done!
Will you charge me?
We'll NEVER charge you for playing our Free games. Also, SoLow winners do not need to pay to "win" or ship the prize.
If you want to play Premium games, you can join SoLow Elite for one low monthly price of $9.99 for US subscribers or C$5.00 a week for Canadian subscribers. You'll earn SoLow Points which you can redeem for ringtones, wallpapers, and more in the SoLow Swap Shop.
We'll ask your permission EVERY time you begin a game that has a cost attached.
If you play on your mobile phone, your service provider (not us) may charge standard text messaging fees depending on your service plan.
What can I text to SoLow?
We're glad you asked! Send your texts to 65555 (for Alltel users) or 23687 (for Sprint, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, and T-Mobile users).

What are SoLow Points?
SoLow Points are our little way of saying “thanks!” for playing SoLow.
US subscribers can earn 100 SoLow Points per month with SoLow Elite, and Canadian subscribers can earn 25 SoLow Points each week!
You can redeem your SoLow Points for all kinds of goodies in the SoLow Swap Shop.
Can I keep my SoLow Points forever?
All you have to do is to remain an Active Member and you can keep your unredeemed SoLow Points for as long as you wish during the continuation of the SoLow Points Program.
To be an Active Member all you need to do is login to your SoLow account at least one time and submit a guess for any game within 30 days of the last time you logged into your SoLow account and submitted a guess.
How do I know if I won?
At the end of every game we'll email and call the winner soon afterwards.
There's a winner almost every day, but you can only win a prize every 30 days from the ending date/time of your last won prize.
Since April 2007, we've had over 300 winners who've won over $140,000, so you could be next!
Why do you need my mobile number?
SoLow allows you to play anytime, anywhere with your mobile phone.
We also use your phone to authenticate you, and bill your service provider if you are playing premium games. If you don't have a mobile phone, you can play by calling 866-494-4432 from your residential, land-line phone.
We're not going to ask you to complete product surveys or anything slimy like that.
Is my phone compatible?
Most handsets are compatible with SoLow, and service providers that we support in the US include Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Boost, and Alltel. Just try us out and we'll tell you whether or not right away! In Canada we support Bell Mobility / Aliant, Rogers Wireless / Fido, and TELUS Mobility.
An unlimited SMS messaging plan is recommended, otherwise you'll be charged standard text messaging rates by your service provider.
Can I be too young to play?
We hate to break it to you, but yes, you have to be 13 or older to play. Darn pesky lawyers!
If you are under 18, you should get your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Site.

Is SoLow available outside the U.S?
SoLow is currently available in the US and Canada only, but we are working hard on international domination. Stay tuned.
I'm tired of playing SoLow. What do I do?

To stop all messages or cancel your Elite subscription, text STOP to 65555 (for Alltel users) or 23687 (for Sprint, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, and T-Mobile users), or email help@solow.com and include your mobile phone number.
